4mtoto Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

The following terms, when used throughout this document, carry the meanings assigned below:

• "Platform" means the website accessible at https://4mtoto.cam and any associated mobile interfaces, APIs, or sub-domains operated by 4mtoto.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has registered a player account on the Platform and is authorized to use the services.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration, used to access and interact with all Platform services.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any real-money gaming or betting transaction placed through the Platform, including sports bets, casino game rounds, lottery entries, and live dealer hands.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of all real-money and bonus funds currently held in a Player's Account.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits granted by 4mtoto subject to specific wagering requirements that must be met before withdrawal is permitted.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by 4mtoto before a Player may withdraw funds.
• "IDR / Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the sole transaction currency accepted on the Platform.
• "Gaming Services" includes sports betting (including football markets such as bandar bola — football bookmaker selections, mix parlay — accumulator bets, and Asian handicap markets), live casino, online slots, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and all other interactive betting products available on the Platform.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. 4mtoto applies the 21+ standard in line with the norms of responsible online gaming for the Indonesian market.
2. You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your place of residence.
3. You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly and unambiguously prohibited and where accessing such services would expose you or 4mtoto to criminal liability.
4. You must not be registered on any national self-exclusion register or under any court order or regulatory direction that prohibits you from engaging in gambling activities.
5. You must not be an employee, director, consultant, agent, or close family member of any employee or director of 4mtoto or any affiliated entity.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account on the Platform. Opening duplicate, multiple, or linked Accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated Balances.

3.2 Registration Information

When creating an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your legal full name, date of birth, Indonesian national ID number (KTP) or passport number, a valid email address, and a working mobile phone number registered in your name. 4mtoto reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming any information provided at any time.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before processing any withdrawal, 4mtoto will require you to complete identity verification by submitting a government-issued photo ID (Indonesian KTP or passport), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within 30 days of a withdrawal request will result in the request being cancelled.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any action performed using your Account credentials is deemed to have been authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must contact 4mtoto support immediately.

3.5 Account Currency

All Accounts on 4mtoto are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No multi-currency functionality is available. All deposits, bets, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in IDR.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

4mtoto accepts deposits via the following channels:

• Bank Transfer: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia)
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. The maximum single deposit amount is Rp 100,000,000. Deposits made during Indonesian banking hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 WIB) are typically credited within 5 minutes. Off-hours transfers may take up to 24 hours.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed exclusively to bank accounts or e-wallets registered in the Player's own name, matching the details submitted during KYC. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawals are processed within 5–15 minutes for fully verified Accounts during operational hours.

4.3 Withdrawal Verification

4mtoto reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the amount is large, the Account is newly registered, or where fraud prevention protocols have been triggered. This may include re-verification of identity, source-of-funds documentation, or transaction history review.

4.4 Fees

4mtoto does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Any fees imposed by the Player's bank or e-wallet provider are outside 4mtoto's control and are the Player's sole responsibility.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers issued by 4mtoto are subject to individual promotion-specific terms in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms prevail. 4mtoto reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied in full before any portion of the Bonus Funds or winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g., 10x means you must wager ten times the bonus amount). The specific multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in the promotion's individual terms.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonuses are available only to Players who have made at least one qualifying real-money deposit. Players who have previously requested a chargeback, reversed a transaction, or been identified as operating duplicate Accounts are not eligible for bonuses. 4mtoto reserves the right to cancel bonuses and associated winnings if it determines, in good faith, that a bonus was claimed in breach of these Terms.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds that remain unused or for which wagering requirements remain unsatisfied after 30 calendar days from the date of issuance will be automatically forfeited. Any winnings generated from expired Bonus Funds will also be forfeited.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Placement of Bets

Once a Bet has been confirmed by the Platform and a bet reference number issued, it is final and cannot be amended, cancelled, or reversed by the Player. 4mtoto bears no liability for errors in Bet placement arising from misreading of odds, incorrect selection, or technical difficulties experienced by the Player's device or internet connection.

6.2 Odds and Results

All odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change until the moment a Bet is confirmed. 4mtoto uses internationally recognized data providers to determine match results and official outcomes for all sporting events. In the event of a discrepancy between data sources, 4mtoto's internal records shall be the definitive reference.

6.3 Voided Bets

4mtoto reserves the right to void any Bet where: (a) the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being determined; (b) the odds were published in error due to a technical malfunction or human error; (c) the Bet was placed after an event's result was already known (known as "past posting"); or (d) there is reasonable evidence that the event's outcome was manipulated. Voided Bets result in the return of the original stake to the Player's Account Balance.

6.4 Maximum Winnings

4mtoto reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits per Bet, per day, or per event. These limits are published in the Platform's betting rules section and may be updated from time to time. Where a Player's winnings would otherwise exceed the applicable limit, the payout is capped at the stated maximum.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 4mtoto Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other Players, Platform employees, or third parties to manipulate game or betting outcomes
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment instruments to fund an Account
• Opening multiple Accounts to claim duplicate bonuses or circumvent deposit and withdrawal limits
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any other activity that conceals the source of funds
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access the Platform's source code or back-end systems
• Impersonating another Player, 4mtoto staff member, or any other individual in communications or on the Platform
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic access restrictions

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 4mtoto Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, audio, and video — is the exclusive intellectual property of 4mtoto or its licensed content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe). Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest, license, or right to reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of 4mtoto.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license terminates automatically upon any breach of these Terms.

9 Limitation of Liability

9.1 Service Availability

4mtoto endeavors to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, DDoS attacks, or force majeure events may cause temporary service interruptions. 4mtoto shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime, provided reasonable steps are taken to restore service promptly.

9.2 Player Losses

Gambling inherently involves financial risk. 4mtoto is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through betting or gaming activity on the Platform. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that all wagering decisions are made freely and at your own risk.

9.3 Aggregate Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 4mtoto's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.4 Consequential Losses

Under no circumstances shall 4mtoto be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages — including lost profits, loss of data, or reputational harm — even if 4mtoto has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10 Privacy & Data

The collection, storage, and processing of your personal data by 4mtoto is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and should be read in conjunction with them. By registering an Account, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, 4mtoto collects personal data necessary to operate the Platform, verify identity, process payments, prevent fraud, and comply with international licensing obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third-party marketers. Data is retained for a minimum of five (5) years after Account closure in accordance with international anti-money laundering standards.

11 Responsible Gaming

4mtoto is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices. We provide the following tools to all Players free of charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account to control spending.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a given time period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive automatic notifications when you have been playing for a defined duration.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours up to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your Account and opt out of all 4mtoto marketing communications.

12 Suspension & Termination

12.1 Termination by Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting 4mtoto customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance (after deduction of applicable Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to completion of KYC verification.

12.2 Termination by 4mtoto

4mtoto reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; provision of false or misleading registration information; suspected fraud or collusion; failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe; or where continued operation of the Account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to 4mtoto.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination for cause by 4mtoto, any Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real-money deposits may be returned at 4mtoto's discretion following investigation. Where termination results from confirmed fraud, chargebacks, or money laundering, no funds will be returned and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.

13 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 4mtoto holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules.

Nothing in this clause limits 4mtoto's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or restrain any breach or threatened breach of these Terms.

14 Amendments

4mtoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 4mtoto will provide notice via the Platform interface or by email to your registered address at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Previous versions of these Terms are available on request by contacting support.
